Thank you for shopping at Bowie Salon and Spa. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of professional beauty and salon products, we maintain strict guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 7 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict conditions:
- Original Packaging: Items must be in their original, unopened, and unsealed packaging.
- Unused & Undamaged: The product must show no signs of use, wear, or damage.
- Resalable Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, suitable for immediate resale.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, Homelabs, tools (brushes, combs), opened liquids, or hair accessories that have been removed from their packaging cannot be returned.
3. Shipping Costs
- Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. How to Initiate a Return

- Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
5. Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Can I return a product if I’ve opened the seal just to smell it?
To maintain hygiene standards for all our salon professional products, we cannot accept returns on any items where the factory seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
info@bowiesalonandspa.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a solution immediately.
How long does the refund take to show up on my bank statement?
Once we approve the refund, it usually takes 5–10 business days for banks to process the transaction.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping label?
Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our salon. We recommend using a service with tracking to ensure the package reaches us safely.
